Hey, friends! I'm Jocelyn!! I'm an OC girl who was born & raised in Placentia, I'm 26 years old (Libra ☼ Pisces ☾ Virgo↑). When I’m not in the salon you can find me at a local coffee shop (my go-to drink is an iced dirty chai with oat milk), out eating good food, or with my favorite people! ♡ I've been in the hair industry since 2021, I love working with dimensional blondes & brunettes. I love getting to know new people and helping them feel their best when they leave my chair. Can’t wait to meet you and hangout :)
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. NO REFUNDS I do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are dissatisfied with your service reach out to me within 7 days, I will happily schedule you an adjustment-this does not include anything other than what we discussed in the original consultation 2. CANCELLATIONS Your appointments are very important to me as each is reserved especially for you. I understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary, therefore, I respectfully require 24-48 hours notice for changes or cancellations. If this happens frequently, it may prohibit you from scheduling future appointments. 3. NO CALL/NO SHOWS If you do not contact me or the salon to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on your scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 30% of the cost of the scheduled service. 4. LATE POLICY I have a 15 minute late policy. If you are running late, please contact me or the salon. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit or adjust your appointment.
